the location proved very convenient. it was close to transport. the breakfast had great choices, the staff were friendly. the room service was available 24 hours. the room included a large 50" tv and a king bed. there was a lot of room in the big bathroom.

i booked a room for one night in november. the hotel claimed they phoned for a deposit but could not contact me. i received no email or phone message about this.

I booked a room expecting something different based on the online description. i got a disabled room. the heating system was also difficult to operate, and it kept turning off. moreover, i noticed a second charge on my online banking. It was an admin error and the refund took several days.

The location offers immediate access to transportation options and attractions. A supermarket is conveniently located across the street, I noticed (it's named Sainsbury's) and restaurants are nearby. The staff was very helpful, friendly and catered to all my needs. They even allowed me to watch a sports game at their hotel.

During my three-night stay, my room was never cleaned, even after placing the tag on the door, which I found a bit frustrating.

The rooms are extremely comfortable with heavenly beds and a modern decor. My room had a king-size bed and a sofa bed, offering flexibility and space. A coffee set, an iron, and a hairdryer were also available in the room.
